About the Role

Provide exceptional customer service to displaced families, understanding their unique needs and empathizing with their situation.
Utilize your excellent communication skills to establish rapport with property owners and landlords, ensuring a smooth process for connecting families with available vacancies.
Collaborate with property owners and landlords to negotiate and secure short-term or long-term rental agreements that align with the needs of displaced families.
Conduct thorough assessments of available properties, ensuring they meet our quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
Stay organized and self-motivated while working remotely, managing multiple tasks and maintaining detailed records of interactions and housing arrangements.
Keep up-to-date with local rental market trends and maintain a strong understanding of short-term and long-term rental practices.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of providing outstanding support and resolving customer inquiries.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional phone manner.

  • Familiarity with short-term and long-term rental processes and industry practices is preferred.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to meeting deadlines.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient coordination.

  • Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.


Please note that this is not an entry-level position. We require someone who possesses in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in real estate, housing, or short-term/long-term renting practices. Your expertise will play a vital role in connecting displaced families with suitable temporary housing solutions.


Compensation:


We wil have 2 options:

  1. Hourly/Salary $15-30/hr Based on Experience / Performance

  2. Commission Per completed Project. We can discuss more in depth with qualified applicants.
